• Account information: Email address, display name, and authentication data (via Supabase Auth / Google OAuth)
• Business data: Venture ideas, product descriptions, and AI-generated content you create through the platform
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Usage data: Actions taken, agent runs, approval decisions, and feature usage
• Feedback: Bug reports, feature requests, and screenshots submitted via the in-app feedback widget

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To generate AI content for your ventures
• To send transactional notifications (email, Telegram)
• To respond to support requests and feedback
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Launch Loop:

• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting (PostgreSQL)
• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
• Anthropic (Claude): AI model provider for content generation
• Cloudflare R2: File storage for product assets and screenshots
• Vercel: Frontend hosting
• Railway: API and worker hosting

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

4. AI and Data Processing

Your venture data (ideas, products, content) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI processing. This data is used solely to generate content for your ventures and is subject to Anthropic's data handling policies. We do not use your business data to train AI models.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session cookies) and local storage for UI preferences (theme, tour completion, banner dismissals). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer for legal compliance or dispute resolution.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure database access, and environment-variable-based secret management. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

9. California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Launch Loop is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
