By accessing or using Launch Loop (“the Service”), operated by Launch Loop (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Launch Loop is an AI-powered platform that helps users create, launch, and manage digital product businesses. Our AI agents autonomously research, build products, create marketing content, and manage business operations on your behalf, subject to your approval and configuration.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Launch Loop offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier users may be downgraded if usage exceeds plan limits.
Content generated by Launch Loop's AI agents (including but not limited to product descriptions, marketing copy, business plans, and website content) is provided “as is.” While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or require human review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published or used commercially.
You retain ownership of the content generated for your ventures. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your AI-generated business content.
Products sold through Launch Loop are processed via Stripe. A platform fee (varying by subscription tier) is deducted from each transaction. You are responsible for all applicable taxes on revenue earned through the platform. Launch Loop is not responsible for disputes between you and your customers.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Launch Loop includes safety controls including budget limits, risk assessments, and approval gates for certain actions (such as external publishing, payments, and marketing spend). These controls exist to protect you and must not be circumvented.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launch Loop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI agents will generate profitable businesses, accurate content, or uninterrupted service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
